How are you doing right now? Generalizing your mood for the whole day doesn't count. It can be selective, so stay present with me. In this very moment how are you feeling? What are you thinking about?

Step 2

What has discouraged you? Now, reflect on your day. Where is the negativity coming from? Is it internal, external, or possibly both? What distractions are you facing?

Step 3

What do you hope for over the course of the next few days? I'd love to hear your hopes. If it's cool with you, I'd like to send you my hopes in return.
